DOOLEY'S AMERICAN SMOKE HOUSE is a novelty on the Brussels culinary scene, with a new concept - Soul Food - an American cuisine associated with the African-American and Native American traditions of the American South. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. The values of sharing and family are central to this culinary tradition. Our method of preparing meats is "low and slow". This means that the meat is cooked for long hours in a special wood-fired smoker. We also offer healthy and fresh vegetarian and fish dishes. Our cuisine is delicious, colorful and spicy. Our multicultural team invites you to discover this rich and tasty cuisine on the spot or to import.

Chouette resto avec un patron mega chaleureux et bavard. Il nous a raconté un tas d'histoires amusants pendant qu'il servait du soul food americain (poulets frits, côtes levées, etc)

La pire expérience de ma vie. On est arrive COMME DE RÉSERVATION a 19h00, le local, super extra minuscule, était plein de gens en attente, il n y 'avait pas aucun buffet (buffet = table ou la nourriture est placée et on se serve). Le gérant a essayé de nous dire que il fallait quelque minute de attente, que il y avait beaucoup de monde etc. Après 30 MINUTES debout dans un chaleur infernal on a été placés dans une table en attendant. A 20:10, c'est a dire a PLUS DE UNE HEURE de attente de notre réservation, on n’avait pas été encore servies le repas. Quand je suis allée demander explications au gérant il m'a crié dessus, en disant que il fallait du temps pour préparer le manger (manger que je répète on avait RÉSERVÉ A L'AVANCE POUR 19h00!!!) et il m'a dit "If you don't like it you can go away". Chose que on a fait immédiatement. Jamais traités comme ça! JAMAIS. En plus la hygiène du local était très discutable: le gérant cuisinait, servait et amenait le local sans se laver les mains ou utiliser aucune moyen de protection hygiénique visible et je me demande si un local aussi minuscule pouvait légalement contenir aussi tant des personnes. Jamais plus dans ma vie. Vivement et fortement déconseille!

We really enjoy the atmosphere, the food was amazing, and I loved how intimate the experience was. The staff was so great, they came to the table and made conversation and we got to know each other a little bit. Thank you so much! We will be back again!!!
